We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Digital Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of a legacy mobile application through its retirement across multiple markets while shaping the future direction of smart services, smart home, physical security, and connectivity web experiences. The individual will play a pivotal role in defining product strategies, driving collaborative delivery, and ensuring clear alignment across diverse stakeholders in a complex organisational setting.

What you’ll do

• Lead the product roadmap for smart services within the smart home and physical security landscape, ensuring a coherent Home App experience.
• Define and advance the broadband connectivity web experience roadmap, shaping the product vision, priorities, and business‑driven requirements.
• Manage and oversee the lifecycle and multi‑market sunset of a legacy mobile application.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams to maintain alignment and shared understanding.
• Ensure consistent communication and comprehensive documentation throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.

Who you are

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for web and/or mobile applications.
• Background working within complex organisations involving multiple commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional digital initiatives, partnering with design and engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience in Agile development approaches.
• Ability to operate effectively within multi‑stakeholder environments.
