What you’ll do
The Platform & DevOps Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organization’s DevOps Activities and Platform Capabilities.
This role ensures scalable, secure, and highly available platforms that enable product teams to build, test, and release software quickly and reliably. The manager will drive automation, transformation, operational excellence, and engineering culture across teams, while mentoring engineers and aligning with business objectives.
Who you are
7+ years related testing experience in GSM, IT systems, preferably in DevOps&Atlassian Tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
•Lead and develop high-performing Platform & DevOps teams, fostering a culture of ownership, automation, and continuous improvement.
•Define and execute the platform engineering and DevOps roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy.
•Establish best practices for CI/CD, observability, incident management, SRE principles, infrastructure automation, and secure software delivery.
•Collaborate closely with product, architecture, operations, and security teams to ensure reliable and scalable end-to-end delivery pipelines and platform services.
•Oversee platform reliability and capacity planning, ensuring resilience, cost optimization, and robust cloud/on-premise infrastructure management.
•Lead incident and problem management improvements, enabling proactive detection, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediation strategies.
•Communicate clearly with senior leadership, providing visibility on performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and transformation progress.
•Champion engineering excellence, DevOps maturity, and platform innovation across the organization.
