  • Implement and maintain observability solutions, dashboards, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Tableau.
  • Provide second-level operational support and participate in on-call rotations aligned with the service model.
  • Own end-to-end service operations, including SLAs, incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with SLAs and continuous service improvement.
  • Drive innovation, process optimisation, and customer-focused enhancements across the service lifecycle.

Who you are

  • Experienced professional with 8+ years in DevOps, operations, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting APIs, system integrations, and complex operational issues.
  • Skilled in scripting and automation using Python and Bash, with knowledge of Git and version control.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiar with monitoring tools, analytics platforms, and service dashboards.
  • Understanding of containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to convey technical topics clearly.
