What you’ll do

Drive, coordinate, and monitor overall programme/project scope, plans, and budgets.
Ensure IT stream activities are aligned and teams collaborate effectively for successful delivery.
Manage SDLC phases: Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support.
Handle cost estimation, negotiations, SOW, agreements, SLAs/KPIs, and team onboarding.
Coordinate with local markets to implement required changes and maintain end-to-end functionality.
Guarantee application performance post-migration through robust testing strategies.
Ensure new operating models are functional and knowledge transfer/training is completed from SI to operations.
Work closely with SAP Release Implementation Manager and System Integrator to develop comprehensive project plans.
Act as local programme manager for readiness assessments, change plans, training, IT build, data migration, and deployment.
Manage dependencies across programmes and deliver within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Deliver projects using Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
Prioritise team resources based on capacity and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Shared Service Centre.

Who you are

8–10 years’ experience delivering ERP projects/programmes in international environments.
Proven track record as Project Lead or IT Delivery Manager/Scrum Master on at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
Strong understanding of complex system landscapes with an end-to-end perspective.
Ability to work in shadow/shift mode in-country for specified periods.
Excellent analytical, data gathering, and diagnostic skills.
Certified Scrum Master and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
ITIL knowledge and experience (preferred V3).
Prince2 or PMP certification.
Highly organised with strong planning and monitoring capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across technical and management levels.
Ability to thrive in a challenging, multicultural environment with solution-oriented thinking.
