About this Role

We are seeking an experienced data specialist to develop and maintain complex SQL queries used to calculate sales commissions. Based in VOIS Albania and working within Finance Shared Services, you will analyse complex data, perform regular quality controls and continuously improve commission calculation and reporting processes.This role is suited to someone with at least three years of data analysis experience who can translate complex figures into clear, meaningful reports and deliver accurate outputs within established deadlines.

What you’ll do

• Develop, maintain and optimise complex SQL queries that support sales commission calculations.
• Calculate monthly commission payments using complex data structures.
• Analyse data to identify insights and help prevent system, calculation and product-related issues.
• Create, maintain and perform controls to support accurate calculations and payments.
• Conduct regular quality checks and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Produce commission reports that enable informed decisions across the end-to-end process.
• Present complex data and findings in a clear, accurate and accessible format.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate proactively to support reliable delivery.

Who you are

• You have at least three years of professional experience in data analysis.
• You possess advanced SQL knowledge, preferably gained within a Teradata environment.
• You have experience with sales-related processes, ideally involving dealer or employee commissions.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and/or Access.
• You are fluent in English.
• You approach detailed and complex data with accuracy and a strong focus on quality.
• You can organise multiple priorities and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• You demonstrate accountability, reliability and clear communication.
• You work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of German is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic, SAP Sales Cloud or an ETL tool is beneficial but not essential.
