Cyber Security Analyst

Job Description

Your day to day:

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be in charge of conducting incident response activities for DDOS attack mitigation along with onboarding of assets and consulting best strategies to customers for threat mitigation. The role requires real time threat mitigation activities to be carried out.

You will collaborate with global team and markets and be involved in strategizing, optimizing and mitigating threats on the customers and organization infrastructure.

You will be analyzing all the alerts and will be involved in decision making and discussions to mitigate any relevant attacks targeted towards the applications and other infrastructure.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• Analyzing alerts and responding to cyber-attacks
• Tweaking countermeasures and filters based on attack vectors and thus improving the mitigation efficacy
• Liaising with customers for troubleshooting cyber incidents
• Onboarding new customers on the platform based on the requirements
• Supporting presales teams with technical consultations for prospective customers
• Covering 24/7 shifts and on-calls when needed, including weekends
• Configuration lifecycle management of the security configuration
• Contribute to problem management and major incident management when needed
• Packet analysis of traffic to analyze attack patterns and vectors

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• University degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience with:
  Cyber Incident response
  Cyber threat mitigation (real time hands on)
  Deep Packet inspection
  DDoS attack mitigation (real time hands on)
  DDoS attack detection
  Radware Defence Pro
  Radware defence flow
  Arbor DDoS protection
  Application layer attack mitigation

• Certified ethical Hacker

• CISSP certification

• SANS GCIH certification

• OSCP
