About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Delivery Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, customer-facing projects and programmes across multiple domains for our Enterprise customers. This role involves managing complex multi-party teams, driving governance and assurance, and ensuring delivery excellence aligned to time, cost, and quality standards. You will be accountable for projects with an annual total contract value of approximately €50 million, engaging in contractual negotiations, translating requirements into operational plans, and ensuring seamless acceptance into live service.

What you’ll do

Vision, Planning and Control

  • Define and communicate the high-level vision and desired future state for projects/programmes.
  • Create detailed programme plans, including resource requirements, interdependencies, and critical paths.
  • Forecast and manage resource supply and demand across people, technology, and financial aspects.
  • Establish measurable outcomes and success factors, ensuring integrated work streams within the overall programme plan.

Organisation & Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing teams with the right skills for successful delivery.
  • Act as a coach and mentor, motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Develop stakeholder maps and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Support effective business change and influence senior strategists and partners.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Apply quality assurance standards across all work streams.
  • Implement robust reporting mechanisms for budget, timelines, and quality.
  • Maintain accurate financial reports and produce lessons learned and closure documentation.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Define risk and change strategies, ensuring proactive mitigation and stakeholder communication.

Financial Management

  • Align outcomes to benefits realisation plans and manage scope changes effectively.
  • Maintain business cases and ensure ongoing viability of projects/programmes.
  • Forecast and report on budgets and expenditures accurately.

Who you are

Over 5 years of experience managing complex ICT projects end-to-end.Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Professional and customer-centric, capable of delivering confident presentations to executive audiences.In-depth knowledge of multiple domains and business markets.Skilled in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.Must-have qualifications:

  • Prince2 Practitioner or PMP
  • MSP Foundation
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects/programmes concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of telecommunications environments
