About this Role

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic individual to manage a significant customer portfolio, driving end‑to‑end ownership from opportunity development through to service delivery. The role focuses on customer engagement, revenue growth and profitability, supported by deep insight into customer priorities and an ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams for long-term value creation.

What you will do

  • Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with senior customer stakeholders by understanding their business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Shape customer value propositions, co-developing solutions that address business challenges while differentiating VOIS in the market.
  • Manage a strategic view of the portfolio’s commercial performance, including revenue, growth, and profitability across multiple contracts and business units.
  • Support the Customer Account Lead in delivering the wider account strategy and expanding the book of business.
  • Bring together teams across service lines to ensure cohesive, high‑quality delivery that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Drive customer growth and sales excellence by originating new opportunities, responding to competitive RFPs, and developing innovative commercial constructs.
  • Create compelling strategic narratives and winning strategies aligned with customer needs, expectations, and market trends.

Who you are

  • Experienced in sustaining trusted relationships with C‑Suite or senior industry decision-makers.
  • Skilled in managing diverse portfolios and growing engagements within complex customer environments.
  • Able to unite cross-functional teams to deliver value and customer success.
  • Equipped with strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Experienced in consulting (advantageous but not essential).
