About this Role

We are seeking a Cloud Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps platform capabilities within VOIS. This role focuses on shaping and owning the end-to-end platform backlog, aligning engineering delivery with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards, and enabling scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native solutions. The role operates at the intersection of business, platform engineering, and architecture, ensuring value-driven delivery while maintaining platform stability and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end delivery of the CI/CD and cloud infrastructure platform backlog, covering features, enablers, and technical debt.Align the platform roadmap with business and programme priorities, including enterprise cloud and Kubernetes initiatives.Promote and drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and GitOps practices across delivery squads.Balance delivery velocity with platform reliability, incident management, and defect resolution.Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, platform engineering teams, and enterprise architecture.Ensure adherence to cloud, security, and governance standards across platform delivery.Monitor and continuously improve delivery and reliability metrics such as lead time, deployment frequency, and recovery time.Enable continuous improvement in agile delivery, engineering practices, and ways of working.Define MVP scope, incremental delivery strategies, and release commitments.Make prioritisation and trade-off decisions between new development and platform stability.Accept or reject user stories, features, and releases based on agreed outcomes and quality standards.Identify, escalate, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers in complex enterprise environments.

Who you are

Experienced in cloud-native and platform engineering concepts, with strong exposure to AWS and Kubernetes/EKS.Knowledgeable in DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation workflows.Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt.Comfortable working with core cloud infrastructure components including networking, identity and access management, compute, and storage.Experienced in agile and backlog-driven product delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Confident in prioritising work based on business value, platform health, and long-term sustainability.Able to work effectively across multi-vendor, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.Demonstrates a collaborative, servant-leadership mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.Analytical and outcome-focused, with an interest in delivery metrics, reliability, and continuous improvement.Familiar with observability, monitoring, and incident management practices in mission-critical environments.
