Vodafone Group launched its new technological HUB in 2021, an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions, such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms and enterprise solutions. Role Purpose

Join a team of cloud solution experts working on product co-creation with one of the world’s leading technology companies, upskilling both technical and sales personnel while driving the development of Cloud Managed Services with Azure. The goal is to provide Vodafone business customers with fully managed cloud services, allowing them to use their applications without worrying about infrastructure, storage, or backups. For customers not yet on Azure, the team also supports migration to this technology. With 10 Solution Architects already in place, we seek an experienced professional ready to contribute from day one.

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will support the development of Cloud & Edge offerings within Vodafone Business, defining architecture roadmaps and producing technical documentation. You will play a key role in capturing and sharing architecture best practices, guiding product and solution designers, and collaborating with other architecture teams within Vodafone. Additionally, you will drive cross-technology architecture strategies, forming working groups focused on enterprise product and business system technologies. This is a challenging and rewarding role for a professional eager to innovate in a dynamic environment.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, leading end to end solution development/solution assurance.
  • Deep understanding of the application and development of products/strategies relating to Cloud technology with focus on MS Azure (AWS is nice to have).
  • Technical “hands-on” engineering skills in private and public Cloud technology
  • Advanced English level.
  • Devops is desirable.
