About this Role

We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead (Product Interlock) to drive alignment, collaboration, and communication across global product, delivery, and operational teams within the Vodafone Business Technology Solutions (VBTS) portfolio. The individual will act as a key connector, ensuring that product releases and updates are fully understood, signed off, and ready for successful customer delivery. This role is responsible for interlock governance, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and ensuring roadmap alignment between multiple product teams and strategic business stakeholders. The individual will oversee end‑to‑end product release milestones including epic start, delivery plan approval, forward sell, and release approval.

What you will do

Lead cross-team collaboration by providing clear direction, fostering strong working relationships, and guiding interlock sessions across global product and business teams.
Promote a culture of shared knowledge, innovation, and effective collaboration to ensure consistent alignment across multiple product workstreams.
Act as the central mediator to identify, address, and resolve conflicts between product, delivery, and operational teams, ensuring discussions remain constructive and outcomes support organisational strategy.
Lead risk identification and mitigation activities related to product interdependencies and release cycles, ensuring business continuity and minimising impact on Vodafone’s customers.
Drive roadmap alignment across product domains, ensuring that individual product roadmaps support the overarching product strategy and organisational goals.
Oversee governance and sign‑off milestones across the product lifecycle, including epic start, delivery plan approval, forward sell validation, and release approval.
Ensure input and endorsement from relevant VBTS teams for every new product release and enhancement within the product portfolio.

Who you are

Experienced with at least two years working in product management or ICT‑related fields, with exposure to managing or supporting product lifecycles.
Adaptable and able to work effectively in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
Skilled in leadership and stakeholder engagement, capable of influencing across complex organisational structures and maintaining strong relationships at senior management levels.
Confident in addressing challenges, managing performance issues, and encouraging high‑quality contributions across teams.
Customer‑centric, with the ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non‑technical audiences.
Knowledgeable in business environments, markets, and multi‑domain technology landscapes.
Holds relevant Agile Product Owner certifications or PMI‑ACP.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in global cross‑functional collaboration.
Knowledgeable in technology‑driven environments and able to quickly understand complex product concepts.
