  • Coordinate and contribute to BC plan testing and exercising to drive continual improvement.
  • Develop and support governance processes that raise awareness of threats to operational objectives.
  • Enable senior leaders to make informed decisions on Business Continuity risk mitigation and risk exposure reduction.
  • Contribute actively to the wider BCMS team and participate in global resilience, crisis preparedness, and continuity communities.

Who you are

  • An individual with over three years of experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM).
  • Experienced in applying BCM practices within complex, operational environments; telecoms experience is preferred.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work collaboratively across senior and diverse audiences.
  • Confident in presenting evidence-based perspectives, even when these differ from more senior viewpoints.
  • Comfortable analysing complex information and communicating key messages clearly and accessibly.
  • Empathetic to operational challenges within service-driven organisations, with a strong understanding of business impact.
  • Commercially aware, able to balance resilience objectives with organisational priorities.
