What you’ll do

You will drive Vodafone Greece’s business assurance agenda as a strategic partner, operating at the intersection of finance, technology, commercial and operations. Your mission is to protect margins, optimize revenue, and safeguard earnings through innovative assurance practices. You will lead initiatives that anticipate risks, automate controls, and transform processes, aligning global standards with local priorities while acting as a reliable partner for senior stakeholders.

More specifically you will:

• Lead Cross-Functional Projects and Initiatives: Build strong relationships across commercial, finance, and operational teams to embed assurance principles into business processes, execute co-owned assurance initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
• Leakage Risk Management: Take accountability for identifying and mitigating risks affecting margin, revenue, and cost. Support and facilitate the Leakage Risk Management process (LRAM) across all 1st line departments, while actively driving and owning the proactive 2nd line mitigation strategies.
• Shape Assurance Solutions: Design and implement technical and data-driven assurance frameworks. Enhance control environments and boost efficiency by promoting automation and streamlining processes.
• Deliver Insightful Reporting: Transform complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Provide clear, impactful reporting on leakage risks and incidents, turning findings into strategic recommendations that enable continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Collaborative business partner with strong influencing skills and the ability to work across diverse teams
• Deep expertise in assurance, revenue protection, and risk management with a passion for challenging the status quo.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and deliver financial performance improvements.
• Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• 6+ years in Finance or Business Assurance roles in the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization, automation, and risk mitigation.
• Technical proficiency in analytics tools and a passion for control environments.
• Fluency in English and Greek
