About this Role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Global Youth Resourcing to support Vodafone’s youth programmes worldwide. This role involves managing pre-screening activities, acting as the first point of contact for local markets, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will play a key role in shaping candidate experience and driving continuous improvement in global youth resourcing strategies.

What you will do

  • Source fresh talent for youth programmes across Vodafone globally.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate journey throughout the application process.
  • Evaluate CVs, online assessments, and video applications.
  • Collaborate with local talent teams to organise and set up assessment centres, including candidate invitations.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with local teams to review recruitment cycles and provide strategic consultation.
  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable data insights to stakeholders.Introduce and utilise digital HR solutions, including AI, robotics, and automation.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance global youth programmes.
  • Act as a knowledge hub for the team and coordinate task allocation.

Who you are

  • Strong communicator with clear articulation skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and proactive problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
  • Experienced in recruitment (minimum 3 years), preferably with international exposure.
  • Proficient in systems such as SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Panorama.
  • Knowledgeable in assessment centre setup and data reporting.
