What you’ll do
To have a spread penetration within the assigned territory, to watch market trends and competition to develop business solutionss annual results and revenue targets
• Training, coaching and developing the Sales Executives
• Evaulating by performance management
• Recruiting and maintainning high potential and performer executives together with the Region manager .
• Making the people to obey the company policy documents, ethic codes and principals
• Having at least 1 successor
• To implement the sales strategies
• Planning, budgeting, analysis to ensure
• To set the targets and objectives within the assigned territory
• To support the people to meet and exceed company goals and their respective objectives
• To watch market trends to find alternative ways to increase market share and revenue
• To develope and maintain enviable sales disribution channel
• To implement company sales strategies
• To analys and develop the sales process
• To set and conduct sales meetings
• To collaborate with internal departments
• To analys the customer changing demands and respond as much as quick to catch market trends
• To be ensure that all the touchpoints are qualified
• Realitions with kingpins within the region
Who you are
• University degree
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to think, plan and act strategically
• Broad Experience in a management role leading teams of field sales professionals
• Mobile, wireless or telecom industry experience
• Driving licence
• Development of people and organization
• Setting the targets and ensuring the people meet and exceed their objectives
• Good customer experiences
• Strategies, planning, budgeting, analysis to deliver the company goals and objectives within the assigned territory Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
