About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple business divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt and apply the right approach to complex, enterprise-level programmes. The individual will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving value delivery through effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the delivery of projects, epics, and capabilities within a Leading SAFe Agile framework, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with project and business managers to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure adherence to the Lean Agile Delivery Model, including accurate progress reporting, risk identification, and timely escalation.
  • Manage internal matrix teams and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Apply a hybrid Agile approach where necessary, using sound judgement to balance agility with predictability.

Who you are

  • A project leader with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering telecommunications or IT product development projects using both Agile and traditional frameworks.
  • Skilled in managing complex dependencies and resolving issues in a matrix environment involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confident in presenting progress updates to Agile programme managers and senior business leaders, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Holds relevant professional qualifications such as Prince2 and Leading SAFe (or equivalent), and is degree educated.
