About this role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner to lead the adoption and implementation of agile principles, frameworks, and practices across complex projects. This role involves acting as a Scrum Master, coaching teams, and ensuring effective delivery through collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
What you will do
Take end-to-end ownership of establishing agile values, methods, principles, and practices for project delivery.Act as Scrum Master, facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery.Organise and lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices to ensure consistency across workstreams.Ensure correct setup and usage of tools, maintaining accurate documentation for every sprint.Manage stakeholder and vendor interfaces, reporting on progress and risks promptly.Raise risks proactively and seek support when required.
Who you are
Agile practitioner with 8+ years of experience in agile environments, particularly in facilitator roles.Strong technical background with understanding of architecture and technical issues.Proficient in Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and able to apply them effectively.Solid understanding of software lifecycle, DevOps concepts, and release management.Results-oriented, fostering continuous improvement and delivering value to teams and stakeholders.Excellent coaching skills and ability to guide teams through agile practices.Strong interpersonal skills: communication, organisation, and team-building capabilities.Ability to remain calm under pressure and propose creative solutions to complex problems.
