We are a SaaS enterprise operating system, revolutionising the way restaurants see technology and improving the end customer experience, working with well known brands such as Leon, Honest Burger, Gail’s, YO! Sushi and Le Pain Quotidien. Having recently signed clients across Europe, we are now ready to take our mission to the next level.

To support our continued growth in Europe, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our CS team and help guide French speaking clients through their Vita Mojo experience. You’ll play a pivotal role with the CS team, working directly with leading restaurant brands to ensure the success and long term growth of their investment in Vita Mojo. Not to mention, you will have a front row seat seeing our tech in action.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, managing stakeholders, and translating complex technical issues into tangible solutions. You will be able to understand the needs and goals of our clients, and use insights to share best practices, uncover opportunities for expansion, and cultivate a successful long-term partnership.

The day-to-day

Working in a startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time depending on your own development needs, aspirations and the makeup of the team.

👥 Oversee a portfolio of accounts - understand the technical and business challenges of our clients and advising them on how to best use Vita Mojo Operating System. This includes identifying at-risk clients and developing a plan to get them back on track.

💪 Provide day to day support - manage complex client requests, billing & contractual queries, and assist to onboard additional Vita Mojo products or third party integrations. You’ll also act as voice of the client internally, proactively working with PMs and Product teams on escalated technical issues, product roadmap changes, new feature requests, and technical hurdles.

🔗 Manage the triage and resolution of high-severity cases - ensure a prompt and complete resolution, and drive client satisfaction. This includes issuing regular, executive-level summary status reports both internally and to the client. As well as, proactively notifying clients of new product releases.

📈 Interpret client insights - prepare and present quarterly business reviews, providing recommendations based on best practices, and engaging with the client’s key stakeholders to understand their expansion plans and technology roadmap.

💡 Come up with creative solutions - help clients get the most out of our software and look for opportunities to upsell new products and services to them where relevant.

🧑‍🎓 Contribute and collaborate internally - share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to internal projects and initiatives.

About you

  • Previous experience - You have experience working within Client Success in a fast paced, high growth or progressive environment. Working with business critical software that is vital to day to day operations.
  • Customer focused - You have a passion for talking to customers. You’re able to empathise with our clients in a genuine way that lets them know you understand their pain points, while also being able to handle a difficult conversation.
  • Communication - You’re an articulate communicator (both written and verbal) and a native French speaker. You can interact with varying levels of industry stakeholders, from till operators to founders and CEOs in both French and English; with the ability to adjust the level of technicality based on the end user.
  • Time management - You’re able to balance multiple priorities which require organisation, detail, prioritisation, and delivering outcomes.
  • Growth mindset - You are naturally curious and have a willingness to say, ‘isn’t that interesting’, rather than, ‘I already know that’. You’re able to step back and ask strategic questions, approach complex problems with empathy and the drive to reach positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Resilient - You’re able to stay focused, adapt and persevere in the face of obstacles or when under pressure

🌴 Your holidays. We believe in finding your work life alignment and want you to take advantage of your 25 days of leave, plus public holidays. Your holiday allowance increases after each complete calendar year of service, up to 28 days.

💚 Carer’s Leave. We understand life happens and you may need to take some time to support your loved ones. Whether that be looking after your sick dog, friends or family members. We offer one week (5 days) paid leave to all Mojis.

🐣 Welcoming a child into your life. We have enhanced Parental leave policies! Parental leave is offered to all Mojis after 3 months at the company. Parental leave is the collective term and includes maternity, paternity, adoption leave and surrogacy. Our leave policy is meant to help you navigate through this time as successfully as possible.

We recognise both the primary caregiver (the person who spends most time with the child) and the secondary (typically this is the non-birthing parent). Primary caregivers receive full pay for the first 16 weeks and 50% pay up to week 32. But need more time off? No problem, you can take up to 52 weeks (statutory) with us!

Secondary caregivers receive full pay for the first 4 weeks and an additional 2 weeks after 36 months of continuous service. It's up to you when you start your leave, we are here to support you through the whole process.
