Purpose

Our quirky team of 60+ Mojis collaborate from across the globe to build smarter digital solutions to hospitality challenges. With our 38 member-strong team based in the UK, we work with additional distributed teams of Mojis in three countries to carry out our mission to improve the way the world eats through transformational technology.

About us

Vita Mojo is the tech company building smarter digital ordering and back-of-house solutions for the hospitality industry. Our technology was tested and refined in our own restaurants, and today powers the digital transformation of brands like Nando's, LEON, YO!, Brewhouse & Kitchen, and Honest Burgers. We are obsessed with your success. Tangible results include higher ATV, improved customer retention and major efficiency savings within weeks.

Flexible working approach

Our co-founders built Vita Mojo out of a desire to personalise ordering options, and we have continued that personalised approach in building our work environment. We believe that our team members have different needs and we will work to find what works for them, the company and our clients: the true definition of the win-win-win. 

We’re committed to finding more ways that we can improve our flexible offering, whether through inclusivity or supporting our working parents more, for example. In line with our values, we try to make new mistakes and reflect and iterate on what else we can do to put our team at the forefront.

"Flexible working is part of the culture at Vita Mojo. I have a very good WFH setup and the team have always done whatever they can to help me achieve this. The blended approach where we have one (encouraged but not mandatory) team day for collaboration in the office and then are allowed to make our own decisions about how / where to work on the other days seems to be working really well. For a company of our size - that is growing very quickly - I feel like we have a very good setup. In one of my previous answers I indicated that work / life balance is okay but varies. This is largely due to choice, as we're very much encouraged to take time away from work, to be mindful of our workload / capacity and the impact on our mental wellbeing."

What do we think of Vita Mojo?

It's very rare that a company going through our accreditation get's the exact same benchmarking scores across both of our tests. Yet Vita Mojo came closer than most and did so with high scores all round. This shows that they are very in touch with what their employees are feeling about the flexible working environment.
