This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out and about, representing Virgin Media O2, making a difference in local communities. You’ll be the friendly face of our brand, working hands-on to maintain and improve our award-winning network while enjoying the flexibility of a role that takes you beyond the office.

You'll be maintaining and improving our network to ensure seamless connectivity for our customers, as well as resolving issues ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

You'll also work as part of a supportive team, where collaboration and problem-solving are key, and gain hands-on experience and training, so you feel confident and empowered in your role.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for delivering great service with care and professionalism.
  • Positive & Proactive Attitude – A team player with a can-do approach.
  • Basic IT Skills – Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus a willingness to learn our diagnostic tools (training provided).
  • Comfort with Heights – Some work may require using ladders to maintain our overhead network, but full training and support will be given.
  • Full UK Driving License – If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to obtain it before the end of your probation period
