Job Description

This is a pivotal role within the People and Transformation team, dedicated to designing and implementing innovative leadership development programs that cater to all levels of leadership seniority within the organisation. This role is responsible for improving leadership effectiveness, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development, and ensuring that our leaders are equipped with the skills and approach needed to navigate the complexities of our dynamic business environment.

The key accountabilities will include, leadership and development strategies, coaching teams and individuals to improve capabilities, and continually accessing the effectiveness and development of the initiatives. You will have a keen interest staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation to keep our leadership development efforts at the forefront of the industry.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Possession of recognised qualifications in coaching and facilitation, with a preference for accreditation from reputable coaching bodies (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs across various levels of seniority. Proven expertise in facilitating workshops and providing effective coaching to individuals and teams.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Experience of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in facilitating discussions and workshops that drive relevant insights and actions.
  • Proven experience of presenting to senior leaders, with the ability to adapt and change styles.

  • Consultancy experience.
  • Experience within Telco environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate organisational goals into actionable leadership development initiatives.
