Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Strategist. At its core, the role is responsible for understanding business behaviour and vision and developing a data strategy for it. As a Senior Data Strategist, you will connect the dots and bring together knowledge and experience from Data and Technology, Communications and Business Domain Expertise to act as an accelerator to business value. You’ll do this by cutting through to find the correct data for decisions we need to make and by paving the way for our data teams by creating and implementing your strategies.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven track record of driving strategic change and delivering impactful data solutions in a complex business environment.
- Use Case Knowledge: Prior experience of implementing data solutions in Business Units at various levels of Data Maturity.
- Strong knowledge of data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
- Data Visualisation skills that can provide concepts found in vast amounts of data very quickly
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
- Demonstrated success in influencing and driving strategic change across diverse teams at a senior leadership level.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and privacy regulations.
- General Knowledge of Machine-Learning Methods.
- Experience with Strategic Human Resource Management for Data Roles: How different data roles work together and what experts would be needed for different use cases.
