Job Description
The Direct Customer Care Team at VMO2 is excited to announce an opening for a skilled Support Representative to deliver exceptional telephone and digital support to our Virgin Media O2 Business customers. You’ll work with organisations from small and medium businesses upward, providing both standard and enhanced service support. In this role, you’ll take ownership of customer queries from first contact through to resolution, using case management to ensure a smooth and positive experience. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our Account and Service Management teams.
This position is based in our Sheffield office and requires on‑site attendance five days a week.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a business-to business environment.
- Previous experience in a Customer care/service role
- Proven ability to use multiple systems and interpret technical information to relay back to customers.
- Proven track record keeping up to date with daily information changes across all products and processes and ensuring these changes are adhered to when dealing with the customer.

- Approachable and polite to deliver a truly responsive service.
- Flexible and resilient to absorb the frequently changing demands of the role.
