We’re a great team now looking for an RVN to join us on a full or part time basis to help us grow further in our newly refurbished practice!

    About us

Charlton Vets for Pets has recently undergone an extension and refurb, and we’re delighted with our new space! This incorporates a new look and feel reception area, six consultation rooms, dedicated cat and dog wards, a dual operating theatre, and a back office. We have recently invested in and now offer laparoscopic spays + endoscopy. Feel free to take a look at our virtual practice tour on Google Maps! Click Here!

We’re a large, friendly, and supportive team made up of our Head Nurse & Practice Owner, Fabio, 7 further full time RVNs, 8 Vets, 5 Veterinary Care Assistants and 5 Receptionists.

We are proud of the working environment we have cultivated at Vets4Pets Charlton, where all team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and excel. We share our knowledge and expertise with each other and everyone’s input is sought during discussions.

We have several certificate holders in our team, including surgery, medicine and very soon, ophthalmology. We would encourage and support all team members who want to gain further qualifications, whether this be a certificate or other related CPD.

    About you and the role

Our nurses work four days per week, plus a 1 in 6 weekend rota. There is no OOH with this role ensuring a healthy work/life balance. Part time applicants will be considered so please feel free to get in touch.

Our nurses are utilised to their fullest potential, and we actively encourage and train our nurses (if interested) to perform schedule 3 surgical procedures including stitch ups and lump removals etc.

We’re happy to accept applications from final year Student Veterinary Nurses as well as newly qualified Nurses. Applicants within this category will have a named mentor for clinical support.
