Clinical Director / Lead Veterinary Surgeon

Vets4Pets Bristol Imperial – South Bristol

Up to £75,000 DOE
40 hours per week
No OOH | No on-call | No regular weekends

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Clinical Director / Lead Vet to join us during a genuinely exciting period of growth at our thriving South Bristol practice.

This August, we will be physically expanding our practice significantly, enabling us to offer additional services which will really make us stand out in the community.

We currently have a supportive team of 4 vets, several of whom are studying towards certificates, and we are now looking to strengthen our medical and emergency medicine capability within the practice.

Applicants with, or working towards a certificate in:

  • Small Animal Medicine
  • Emergency & Critical Care
  • Internal Medicine

would be especially welcomed.

That said, personality, leadership style and team fit are just as important to us as qualifications.

  • Enjoys both consults and routine surgery

  • Wants to help develop and mentor their team

  • Wants to help grow and shape a progressive practice

This role would suit somebody who enjoys leadership but still genuinely enjoys being a vet day-to-day.
