This position will be for 30 hours per week. Working Mon-Fri (6hr) and 1 in 5 Saturday Mornings (9am-1pm)

The attributes required:

  • Previous experience would be preferred but not essential
  • You will keep yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services available so you can confidently advise clients.
  • You will be calm, attentive, and always focus on the clients’ needs whilst bringing enthusiasm and drive to your role.
  • To be successful in this role being able to multitask is essential.
  • You will be able to deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.

In short, you like to be busy, enjoy helping people and their pets and always endeavour to make a difference.

Benefits:
In return, we offer 20% discount at the Vet Group, Pets at Home and the Groom Room as well as access to discounts and cashbacks. We offer in-house career development opportunities, pension and 5.5 weeks holiday allowance.

respect and celebrate difference. We encourage our people to be their best selves so that we can create a better world for Pets, our Planet, and People. Our ambition is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and we are intentional in addressing and removing barriers to create opportunities for the exceptional talent and potential in our communities. Even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
