The Installation Vendors are a collection of approximately 10+ third party organisations (100+ combined workforce) that have partnered with Verizon Connect and are responsible for the installation of Verizon Connect hardware for all our customers, across Australia.

You will be involved in all aspects of the vendor management lifecycle - from identifying a need, conducting due diligence and supporting contract negotiations to monitoring performance and ensuring contract compliance.

This position will report to the Associate Director, Deployment Services APAC, and will work closely with Delivery & Support teams, Installation Partners and other internal teams with the ultimate goal of ensuring timely and accurate hardware installation for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with key Installation Vendors.

  • Establishing and communicating clear and concise vendor performance management metrics by creating scorecards and dashboards.

  • Holding Vendors accountable for Service Delivery in accordance with SLA’s.

  • Sourcing and on-boarding new vendors.

  • Maintaining information across all systems including coverage locations, pricing, and contact information.

  • Ongoing analysis of various data sources and Key Performance Indicators to gauge business health.

  • Creation and execution of strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

You like putting things together in new and creative ways to solve problems and are comfortable working with base level technical information and multiple data sets to help shape your strategy and make sound business decisions. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of related work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant experience in vendor management, or service delivery.

  • Prior experience managing vendors and/or program management in a complex enterprise landscape.
