You will be a key member as part of the Central Transformation, Advisory and Governance Team. You will manage the Program Management office for Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions. You will enable Verizon India to play an integral part in the overall transformational efforts across many functional disciplines through consistent alignment and direction on priorities/approach towards Business, Technology and People areas. As a specialist in the Central Transformation Office, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc. You will be part of the Employer of choice charter with priorities to attract, engage and retain top talent in technology and business services. This will revolve around three major areas. Change Management involves 200+ employees named Transformers who are Change agents acting as a bridge between leaders and employees. Cultural Transformation involves looking inward and outward focus areas to refine and continuous progress on our culture and employee engagement at Verizon. Talent Transformation involves market research and data analysis of skills to derive the skills supplied and contribute to efforts towards enhancing the employee skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and implementing programs, initiatives, and policies that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall job performance. These programs should focus on creating a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.

  • Leading and organizing key programs to incubate, collaborate and engage Transformers to smooth implementation of change

  • Event management to set up events collaborating with various team like real estate, procurement, sourcing, communications etc along with various Verizon India team who will want to channelize their change management efforts via Transformers

  • Ability to have strong content creation or curation skills and power of impactful presentation. These presentations are delivered to the Senior Leadership at Verizon.

  • Building point of views from market research and bring strong insights to be presented to leadership. Supporting market research and benchmarking of talent transformation programs and other industry best practices .

  • Actively engaging and supporting internal employee engagement initiatives, including managing Digital Influencers, driving social media engagement.

  • Leading engagement sessions and talk shows, assisting with narrative setting and internal communications.

  • Conducting market research and analyzing data related to employee engagement metrics and employer ratings. Supporting efforts for external employer recognition and awards.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of experience.

  • Experience in Program Management and Product management.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Advance level knowledge of Microsoft office and Google suite

  • Strong decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with the aptitude to convey complex data concepts in business terms.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented, collaborative work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and lead cross-functional teams.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree in business administration.

  • Exposure to internal/ external tools

  • Program management certifications like PMP etc.

  • Experience with Market research and insights

  • Rich market consulting experience

  • Experience in improving employee/customer experience.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and project management practices.
