What you’ll be doing...

This position will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing the end2end process towards the publication of VCG’s Consumer Connection Report (CCR). This report entails presenting network, consumer, and macro insights to both internal and external stakeholders of Verizon, including investors. The successful candidate will partner closely with different organizations within the company to collect and analyze data for the report.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of the Consumer Connection Report (CCR).

• Managing resources, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Providing thought leadership on macro trends including consumer behavior and insights across Verizon’s consumer base and networks.

• Streamlining new and existing reports to maximize efficiency.

• Integrating multiple systems to increase performance, efficiency and personalization.

• Reviewing with and providing updates to key stakeholders regarding network strategy, performance and optimization.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Experience creating and leading a team to monitor project progress.

• Experience setting deadlines and evaluating project performance.

• Experience in analytics, strategic marketing, financial planning, or financial analysis.

• Experience in technical and cross functional project management or related disciplines.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Presentation experience with executive leadership.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
