What you'll be doing...
We are seeking a professional specializing in conversion optimization with a deep understanding of digital analytics to support our business transformation efforts within My Business. The position demands a proactive expert in enterprise-level digital analytics and a solid B2B acumen, dedicated to leveraging data to drive tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and execute enterprise-level digital analytics strategies, focusing on conversion outcomes.
Using leading analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Google BigQuery to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
Spearheading the identification of performance metrics to track and measure business transformation progress
Working on Traffic & Cohort Analysis for all traffic to our B2B customer portal patterned over time including forecasting
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business goals.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of experience in enterprise digital analytics.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience in B2B industry.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the aptitude to convey complex data concepts in business terms.
Advanced degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or a related analytical field.
Certifications in leading enterprise analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Data Analyst Cert).
Extensive experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
A strategic thinker with a proven record of leveraging analytics for business growth and transformation.
