What you’ll be doing...
Verizon is looking for a digital experience product owner to drive strategic initiatives to improve customer experience across wireless and wireline portals and unify digital experience for Verizon Business Group customers enabling digital traffic, sales, and self-serve growth. You will have a front row seat working with our business customers to understand their pain-points, partner with stakeholders across the business and lead cross functional teams to develop product visions, roadmaps, and MVPs and design, build, test and launch digital products. You will also partner with digital analytics to develop measurement frameworks and to define product key performance indicators and track performance and recommend enhancements on an ongoing basis. You must be an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Discovery on use cases for new features and enhancements that improve digital customer registration and onboarding
digital customer experience and unify digital experience e.g. document current state capabilities, systems and volumes, identify best practices from competitors and best in class, identify opportunities to increase digital sales and service and improve CX, gap analysis between best in class and current capabilities and define MVP1 scope and roadmap.
Value assessment and prioritization informed by in-depth data analysis of customer and business impacts of new features and enhancements including estimating revenue, operating expense and OSAT (overall satisfaction) and setting KPI targets.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver new features and enhancements on time and on budget by defining product requirements, writing user stories and leading working team cadence and calls, setting meeting agenda, defining key action items and follow-ups.
Performance measurement in partnership with digital analytics to develop measurement frameworks and to define product key performance indicators and track performance and recommend enhancements on an ongoing basis
Develop tools and technology expertise to gather insights and recommendations ie Glassbox, Adobe Analytics, Medallia.

You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in product management.
Ecommerce or online experience.
Experience in improving customer experience.
Experience in enterprise digital analytics, with a strong preference for B2B industry experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree or Master's degree.
Data analytics and quantitative skills in user event data.
Experience with product management and agile development including writing product backlog, epics, user stories, and grooming to support completion of initiatives.
Knowledge of design thinking.
Digital experience, digital marketing and digital product management either in a business, agency or consulting organization.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
