What you’ll be doing...

The Omni-Channel Promotions role is tasked with a comprehensive overview of both digital and non-digital promotions across all Verizon Business Group channels. This role demands a deep dive into the performance metrics of non-digital promotions that are available both digitally and through traditional channels, assessing the channel mix to pinpoint digital underperformance linked to promo complexity. The analyst will evaluate how each promo contributes to the overall channel strategy, determining the baseline performance and projecting outcomes post-promotion. A pivotal duty is to assess the Cost per Incremental Gross Add (CPIGA) for each promo, guiding decisions on channel-specific promotion adjustments to enhance performance and achieve a balanced and effective promotional strategy across all platforms.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring reports and dashboards daily to identify opportunities to optimize promo spend by reallocating funds from underperforming campaigns to performant ones, or by recommending completely new promotions.

  • Creating easy to understand visual representations of promotional performance and providing updates to various levels of management and promotional understanding/experience.

  • Becoming an SME in digital promotions including the ability to rapidly and accurately forecast new promotional concepts.

  • Assisting with national projects as needed including basic project management, writing user stories, monitoring GTM activities and testing.

  • Writing promotional briefs, intake content and basic copywriting for quarterly resets.

  • Managing legal approvals as needed for new capabilities and initial drafting of T&Cs for new promotions.

What we’re looking for...

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as is a consistent record of high-impact success. You are a thinker and a doer, not one to wait for instruction. You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Recent work experience in program &/or project management.
