What you’ll be doing...

We’re looking for you to bring the latest and greatest features to our customers-—and to help us tell the marketplace about what’s new and why they need to have it. You’ll put your analytical and marketing skills to work by studying the latest tech trends to identify what features people want and are going to want down the road. Collaborating with others, you’ll build the roadmap and drive the process from ideation through design and roll-out—and build compelling value messages along the way. Your focus will be on products, features, and services that solve customer challenges and help make people’s lives better.

  • Understanding and anticipating market needs.

  • Defining requirements and leading the team through design and development.

  • Building the business case, getting internal consensus, and defining product roadmaps.

  • Forging strong relationships across the organization to get it all done.

  • Tracking success metrics and communicating results to management.

  • Managing active sales funnel and monitor performance and log any experience issues in jira. Work with GTS to resolve and prioritise the issues,

  • Understanding and balancing the needs the business and the digital audience, you’ll create a highly engaging digital user experience to achieve our marketing goals.

  • Crafting the vision and lead the innovative User Experience (UX) design that will provide the best user experience across all our platforms. Because here, better matters.

You can juggle several projects with tight deadlines and not drop any balls—while also keeping your eye on the big picture. An environment with lots of competing priorities and new challenges every day is where you thrive. With a knack for working with different types of people, you inspire others to do their best work and carry out your vision.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Prior experience with digital digital operations, ecommerce, website design as a product owner/product manager

  • Executive grade presentation skills to tell an impactful story

  • Experience working with the field and operations to coordinate adoption of projects

  • Experience creating digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environment

  • Experience with customer escalations, creating tickets based on voice of customer and working with GTS teams to implement

  • Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics

  • Use tools like Adobe Insights and other reporting and analytics tools like glassbox

  • Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.

  • Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing or communications.

  • Developed and executed marketing strategies.

  • Analyzed data and shared marketing insights and recommendations. Ideally, presented to audiences of different levels and functions.

  • Managed complex projects with shifting priorities, demands, and stakeholders. Ideally, with cross-functional teams and agencies.

  • Direct marketing, digital media/marketing, and local engagement experience.
