About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at V7, you'll join a team of 2 and assist with the delivery on all roles, aiming to achieve top 1% hiring for all open roles. You'll manage roles within our GTM function and begin to specialise in filling them.

You'll work as part of a very collaborative, open and honest team that aims to become a best in class function.


  • Deliver on ambitious hiring targets in a rapidly changing environment
  • Work with the team Implement outreach new and creative strategies to discover and attract the top 1% talent in each department V7 is hiring for
  • Write tailored, creative challenges for our interview process that outlines the challenges one may experience at V7
  • Work collaboratively with our Hiring Managers to fill roles in a timely manner


  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment with some Talent Acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong experience in GTM recruitment
  • A keen interest in AI and V7's wider application
  • Experience headhunting for niche skill sets
  • Experience with high volumes of applications
  • Experience with Workable or another start up focussed ATS
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience filling roles in a fast paced start up environment
