The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options V7 provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure V7 is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

About us

V7 has built a platform to enable any business to train and leverage computer vision AI and automate any task.

We manage the training data and models of hundreds of AI companies and enterprises. What sets us apart is our team's obsession with pushing our product to where AI will be three years from today.

Flexible working at V7

At V7, we strive to be a flexible place to work. We have a dog friendly co-working space in London, mainly for our sales team, but anyone is welcome. The remainder of the team are fully remote across Europe, with employees in Portugal, Spain, Italy and Poland, to name just a few.

With unlimited holiday and bi-annual company retreats (last summer we were in Italy!) we want to make sure our staff are provided with the tools they need to excel at their jobs, and be given the time they need to enjoy life.

We are on a journey to transform the way AI works, managing the total "knowledge" of hundreds of AI startups as they complete the tasks used to train their neural networks.
