The Role – Senior Revenue Operations Manager
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager is a new role reporting into our VP of Planning and Performance. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to strategise, operationalise, and analyse business performance, enabling us to make data-informed decisions that will ultimately drive growth.
This position will be responsible for supporting the regular rhythm of the business activities such as Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, and other cadenced reporting, as well as leading on critical projects to optimise the end-to-end sales funnel.
The successful candidate will be excited by making an impact, rolling up their sleeves, being data driven, intellectually curious, and a natural problem solver and a true leader.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day Business Performance team (x2 direct reports), including marketing campaign evaluation, funnel optimisation, sales / revenue performance measurement, compensation planning, account segmentation, and revenue team dashboards.
- Become the trusted business partner for Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Marketing leaders by leveraging data to drive decision making.
- Be an integral player and coordinator in the development and implementation of regional GTM strategies, sales tool-kits, commercial playbooks, value-based pricing, segmentation and customer profiling.
- Establish quality, accuracy, and measure consistency in sales forecasting, performance monitoring and business modelling. Provide actionable insight on sales performance to establish strategic operational priorities and drive efficiencies.
- Support training and enablement of core Sales, SDR and CS teams to optimise their utilisation of SFDC.
Requirements
We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Operations, Finance, Business Development or other related roles within a high-growth, technology company
- Robust Data Analytics skills with the ability to turn sales and customer insights into recommended action plans
- Strong communication skills across multi disciplined teams and the ability influence decision making are key success factors
- Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time with minimal direction
- Proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and delivering results
- Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives
- Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns
