Job Purpose

As Third Party Coordinator you will support the Project Engineering Manager (PEM) and project teams by identifying, analysing, and managing third-party risks, ensuring smooth coordination with external stakeholders such as Network Rail and utility providers

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Act as the main advisor for customer and third-party coordination across projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery.
  • Conduct assurance reviews before contractor awards when risks are identified.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining third-party engagement plans and checklists.
  • Provide guidance on customer relations, streetworks, and community investment opportunities.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service and third-party coordination within construction projects.
  • Strong technical, commercial, and contractual understanding of water industry projects.
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in task prioritisation and resource management to meet business goals
  • This role may not be eligible for the visa sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Must have a valid driving licence
