Technical Assurance & Engineering Governance
- Provide expert engineering advice across project teams, contractors and operational colleagues.
- Ensure all integration activities comply with UU permits, H&S requirements and best practice.
- Identify engineering risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Technical Officers, project managers, commissioning teams and operational leaders.
- Chair ATO meetings, maintain trackers and ensure actions are delivered.
- Manage external contractors to ensure technical quality and readiness.
Operational Readiness & Training
- Develop training materials and deliver technical training to operational teams.
- Analyse training effectiveness and ensure knowledge transfer is embedded.
- Support the smooth transition from construction to operation.
