  • Lead, coach and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building capability.
  • Manage OI analytical and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic roadmap.
  • Maintain robust governance, quality assurance and documentation standards while driving continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing, collaborative cultures.
  • Demonstrable continuous improvement and transformation expertise, with a track record of designing, delivering and embedding new ways of working that drive measurable business benefits.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and successfully lead organisational change.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater network operations and associated business processes.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation, drive operational excellence and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
  • Experience delivering strategic projects and transformation programmes within the water industry or similar operational environments.
  • Resilient, proactive and results-focused, with the determination to see complex projects through to successful completion.
  • A confident and credible leader who demonstrates enthusiasm, self-awareness, continuous learning and the ability to motivate others to embrace change.
