About The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our production team. • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults to minimise downtime and ensure asset reliability
  • Working on a range of industrial electrical systems across operational sites
  • Supporting capital and operational project work
  • Working safely in confined spaces and high‑risk environments
  • Collaborating with internal teams and supervising electrical contractors
  • Accurately recording maintenance activities and complying with safety procedures
  • Participating in a standby rota (1 in 6), supporting critical assets, with standby payments in addition to salary where appliable

What You Must Have Expereince In:

To be successful in this role, you must have proven industrial electrical experience, including:

  • Industrial electrical maintenance and fault finding
  • Pumps – including installation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair in an operational environment
  • 400V three‑phase systems – confident working on motors and motor starters
  • Control panels – fault finding, modification, and understanding of control wiring
  • Industrial automated systems – exposure to automated plant, process control, or similar industrial systems
  • Experience working alongside electrical contractors in industrial or utilities environments

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Recognised Electrical Qualification – NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential – company van provided)
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
  • Willingness to participate in the standby rota

What We Offer:

  • Salary starting at £40,232, rising to £44,320 for multi‑skilled engineers
  • Company van with fuel for work‑related travel
  • Home‑based start, reducing unnecessary commute time
  • Standby rota 1:6, with related standby payments
  • 26–30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
  • Up to 14% employer pension contribution
  • 7.5% annual bonus scheme
  • Comprehensive health, wellbeing, and healthcare benefits
  • Ongoing training and development to support multi‑skilling and career progression
