A quick heads-up: This is a locally employed position, so you'll need the right to work in Greece.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• Attractive Package: The salary for this role starts at €1.295gross per month,if you speak fluent German or Finish + English, and your earned commission on top. For TUI Hotel Reps, an average commission potential starting from 500€ per month with no upper limit - the more you sell, the more you earn. This role is covered by the National Sectoral Collective Labour Agreement for Employees in Travel and Tourism Agencies in Greece.
• Work schedule: 40h per week including split shifts, 1 or 2 days off per week (based on how working hours are redistributed) & 2 days of paid holidays per month.

• Extra Benefits: For roles and locations where driving a car is required, a company car will be provided. Alternatively, if the role and location requires driving a car and you use your own vehicle for work-related travel, you will receive a €200 monthly allowance along with additional reimbursement for fuel expenses. If you are joining us from a different part of Greece and need to relocate for the role, company accommodation can be provided, with utility bills covered.

• Tracking your sales and service performance against set targets using company-provided tools, you'll assess customer feedback and sales-related data.
