ABOUT OUR OFFER

• A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at $360,000.00 DOP gross/year.
• You will be working 5 days and have 2 days off shift pattern with 14 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day).
• We offer hybrid working on permanent contracts,multiple permanent career development opportunities available
• You will be working 5 days and have 2 days off shift pattern.

ABOUT YOU

• Responsible, orderly resolute capacity, availability, customer service.
• You can quickly learn, with technical skills to operate multiple online systems at once and still deliverexcellent customer service
• Strong verbal & written in English and a plus if you also speak one or more of the following languages – German, Dutch, French or Polish.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel).
• Ready to work in a team.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Know how to transmit good and reliable service to the customer.
• Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Meet sales goals month by month.
• Give correct information and excellent customer service.
• Provide first-hand assistance and guidance to the guests.
