Job Description

Join TUI BLUE Hotels & Resorts as the in-house BLUE Guide Digital Guest Experience where you will be responsible for digital communications with guests and part of the BLUE Guide team, delivering exceptional service to all hotel guests.

This role is located at our TUI BLUE Manar (Hammamet) Tunisia.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • In accordance with the brand guidelines, you will manage the content on all digital communication channels e.g., app, hotel's social media, digital signage & review platforms.
  • As a member of the BLUE Guide team, you are responsible for the guest service of all in-house guests and will report to the BLUE Guide Manager.
  • You will develop and coordinate the web and social media content, considering the brand’s marketing and communication strategy and you are in close exchange with the central marketing department at TUI BLUE Head Office.
  • As the App ambassador in your hotel, you will promote its features and support guests and hotel colleagues with app related questions.
  • One of your main responsibilities is to ensure that relevant teams within the hotel are enabled to work with app-connected booking features which involves the setup of bookable facilities and delivering training.
  • To ensure an excellent guest experience within the app, you will take the lead in reporting faulty behavior or highlight potential for improvement to central development teams.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in the field of media/ social media/ online marketing/apps and photo/video editing digital tools.
  • Enthusiastic about digital communication and customer obsessed.
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.
  • Creativity and flair for appealing presentations and content intended for an international audience.
  • Previous hotel-related experience preferable not essential.
  • Experienced in online marketing, advertising, and public relations.
  • Confident ability to work within a fast-paced, international hotel/tour operator environment.
  • Languages required – Fluent English is required for this role. Local and other European languages would be advantageous.
