Job Description
Join our Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services team in Southampton as a Transport Executive where you will be working closely with the Cruise transfers (Turnarounds) team and ensure all transportation requirements have been planned and booked in line with our timeframes and standards.

ABOUT YOU
- Good Level of Microsoft Office skills.
- Individual able to methodically analyse and interpret data.
- Very well organised, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Some experienced in customer service preferred, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of concentration, accuracy and flexibility.
- Professional telephone manner with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- High level of written and spoken English. All other languages are a bonus.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Assist in the transportation planning process and booking of transport services.
- Contacting transport suppliers for availability and pricing.
- Sourcing new transport suppliers where required and negotiating rates.
- Identifying key dates, where services can be used in the most efficient way.
- Support booking process once vehicles have been allocated and requirements finalised.
- Ensuring all transfer bookings have been confirmed by suppliers.
- Monitor transportation requirements, additional bookings, and cancellations.
- Uploading transport information for each cruise call into in house system.
- Query any invoice discrepancies with suppliers, where necessary.
- Learn how to use in house systems.
- Generate a variety of reports – per year, month, ship, sailing date etc.
