Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Tennis Coach where you will deliver engaging, high-quality tennis sessions by coaching and playing with guests of all ages and abilities, ensuring an enjoyable and professional experience. Maintain court standards, promote participation, and represent the hotel’s activity programme with energy and consistency.

This role is located at TUI BLUE Sarigerme, Türkiye.Applicants are required to be fluent in English. Conversational Turkish and other European languages being a strong advantage.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Coordinate and deliver tennis lessons for hotel guests
• Follow up the tennis course bookings and make necessary preparations for the guests in the field
• Maintain the tennis equipment, regularly checking their condition and carrying out any necessary maintenance
• Assist guests to pick up tennis equipment when they wish to rent, and follow up the procedure
• Engage with guests in the hotel area, offering friendly and informative communication that naturally sparks interest in our tennis lessons
• Build positive relationships across the resort with guests and all colleagues
• Assist in additional entertainment & activities when needed
• Report to the Entertainment & Activity Team Leader

ABOUT YOU

• Holds formal qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in coaching and playing tennis.
• Skilled in training and instructing tennis in English, with a good standard of conversational Turkish is required. Additional European languages are an advantage
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-moving hotel setting
• Strong communication skills with collaborative, helpful attitude towards the team, colleagues and guests
• Well-organised, skilled in time management and responsible for the planning and execution of tennis lessons
