Job Description
Join TUI Musement as a Supply Management Executive in Tenerife. The purpose of this job is to manage and optimise commercial relationships with suppliers, support supplier enrolment and onboarding, and build a robust local product offering within the context of TUI Musement’s strategic objectives and market requirements so that higher margins are achieved, product targets are met at the destination level, and the overall growth and professionalisation of the business line are supported.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Support commercial growth by building strong relationships with activity and ticketing suppliers in the top destinations and venues
- Negotiating contracts in the destiantion greeing on rappels, marketing distrubitons
- Support the suppliers’ enrolment and onboarding process
- Be the destination expert, driving new lead generation and the strategic sourcing of innovative and differentiated products, including ad hoc local events, with a focus on sustainability
- Liaise with different stakeholders to implement best practices
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the destination
ABOUT YOU
- Strong experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industry
- Solid knowledge of digital tools, AI solutions and commercial systems (e.g. Copilot, CRM platforms, Salesforce, contract management and task management tools)
- Full understanding of digital components and new industry standards, with particular regard to API-based connectivity, channel managers, reservation technologies)
- Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
- Destination knowledge, especially in Experiences and suppliers
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience using Power BI to interpret data, generate insights and support decision-making.
- High level of Spanish and English are required
- Skilled on offer development and local product sourcing
- Good understanding of OTAs and local competitors porfolio
