The role will be published until 20th October

ABOUT OUR OFFER

Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.

Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You'll build subject matter expertise in fuel, operations and cargo, obtaining market intelligence and analyzing developments to identify savings opportunities while reviewing supplier quality and performance to contribute to category strategy.
  • You'll manage the procurement process for medium to high value projects, leading negotiations with operational stakeholders while evaluating requests and challenging suppliers to provide innovative solutions.
  • You'll oversee medium-to-high value contracts throughout their lifecycle, providing guidance on contractual matters while ensuring SM&P negotiations and contracts are reflected in relevant systems.
  • You'll manage escalated contractual claims and disputes, developing long-term supplier relationships through regular performance reviews and analysis of operational risks based on market intelligence.
  • You'll manage aviation fuel supply assurance and monitor regulatory compliance, supporting sustainable aviation fuel reporting and certification while overseeing the realization of emissions-related claims.
  • You'll develop internal and external networks across SM&P, TUI Airline colleagues and suppliers, ensuring optimal outcomes while undertaking business travel for meetings and supplier visits as work is something you do, not somewhere you go.

ABOUT YOU

  • You're highly proficient in English with knowledge of other languages being desirable, and possess a commercial mindset that continually evaluates costs and benefits.
  • You have solid numeric and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
  • You possess the ability to identify issues and key drivers through sound analysis and commercial acumen, challenging assumptions and thinking creatively to deliver innovative solutions.
  • You're skilled in analyzing and managing contracts with effective communication and reporting abilities to tailor messaging for different stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • You're capable of managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities to tight deadlines, able to develop networks throughout the business and industry while maintaining a 'can-do' attitude and working effectively under pressure.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.
