Job Description

The Senior Digital Analyst assists in the delivery of best-in-class digital insight across TUI’s digital assets. In an exciting and diverse role, this Analyst will focus on driving change through digital insight for business-critical projects, such as our ventures into new products and markets.

You will be joining the company at a very exciting time, being part of the eCommerce function which is driving the digital focus within TUI, we are at a significantly evolved point in our digital journey with an exciting roadmap ahead. In addition to being digitally focused TUI is also investing heavily in analytics, with this also being a key focus in driving the business forward.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As Senior Digital Analyst you will have responsibilities covering a variety of areas including strategic insight, data integrity, forecasting, work flow optimization, AB and Multi-Variant Testing.

The core of your role will be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders to support and shape strategic business initiatives through the application of data and insight, drawing on knowledge from other teams (e.g. customer analytics and commercial analytics) where applicable.

An additional key part of the role is the opportunity to support and shape the development of our optimisation programme across multiple sites. Therefore, you will be comfortable in A/B and multivariate test methodologies and be used to presenting your insights, scientifically proven, to the appropriate stakeholders. Leading tests from hypothesis and specification through to monitoring and analysis (using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target), you will play a key part in embedding a data led ideation and prioritisation process, highlighting opportunities that may not yet have been considered.

In relation to analytics availability you will be responsible for creating actionable reports and dashboards, at all times taking an educational/ support approach to encourage self-service by stakeholders using Adobe Reports & Analytics.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience of Digital Analytics

• Fast thought speed, able to identify analytics approach quickly and deliver at speed

• Extensive experience in using enterprise level web analytics solutions, ideally on a commercial website, ideally in Travel

• Experience and understanding of statistical A/B testing methodologies. We use Adobe Target, but experience in other systems is welcome

• Experience with Adobe Data Workbench, Adobe Analytics, would be preferred (Although those with experience of Google Analytics, Core Metrics etc would be considered)

• Understand digital data collection techniques and limitations

• Excellent knowledge of digital technology and understanding of key developments in online conversion analytics

• Established advanced user of Microsoft Excel
