Job Description

Join TUI as Revenue Manager, responsible for implementing the Revenue Management Strategy of TUI BLUE Hotels and Resorts. This is a leadership position that is accountable for delivering the budgeted revenues in the owned, leased and managed portfolio while supporting franchise operations. The role involves providing guidance and direction to the portfolio of hotels to optimize revenue generation.

The Revenue Manager should possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

This role location is fully flexible. Regular travel may be required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Identify opportunities across the estate to increase revenue and maximise profit.
  • Formulate pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies to maximise revenue and market share across all hotels with the portfolio.
  • Facilitate the successful delivery of revenue management strategies in collaboration with regional and on-property teams to increase revenue, profit margins.
  • Conduct hotel performance reviews and adapt strategies to fill gaps.
  • Implement strategies to drive bookings through the most profitable channels.
  • Ideate and agree initiatives with key departments to drive performance.
  • Review market trends, competitor pricing, and demand factors to make informed decisions.
  • Regularly analyse revenue performance recommending strategies to improve pricing and drive incremental revenue.
  • Support new hotels openings from systems implementation through to room type optimisation, pricing guidelines, opening activities.
  • Lead and participate in projects.
  • Increase direct business through competitive price positioning, inventory management and working with online distribution team to drive performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to on property teams to enhance their skills and drive results.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT operations to align revenue strategies with overall business goals,

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years/extensive experience in Hotel Revenue Management within a global hotel brand.
  • Strategic Mindset.
  • Systems expert: PMS / CRS / Revenue Management Systems.
  • Computer literate and proficient across Microsoft and other systems.
  • Structured and Organised.
  • Project management: Multitasker able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Results driven, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative / Team player.
  • Attention to detail.
