Job Description

Joining our TUI Global Business Services (TGBS) Team, you will be part of the Global Finance Business Services' centralisation strategy, working closely with a multicultural team. Within this role you will execute closing transactions and reconcile balance sheets accounts to ensure compliance with TUI standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) executing accounting closing transactions
• You will reconcile balance sheet accounts (accruals, HR, transitory, accounts receivable, accounts payable,…) in line with Group standards.
• You will create journal entries and assemble supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statements
• You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents.
• You will record COSO controls evidence in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control
• Provide evidences for external audit purposes

ABOUT YOU

• Business university degree
• Good written and spoken language skills in English
• A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
• Strong Excel skills
• Candidates with a SAP knowledge will be advantageous
