Product Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

• Verantwortlich für den strategischen und operativen Hoteleinkauf sowie das Produktmanagement in definierten Zielgebieten
• Analyse von Markt- und Verkaufsdaten zur Optimierung der Performance. Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften mit Hotels, Agenturen und Einkaufsorganisationen inklusive Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
• Steuerung des Hotelportfolios hinsichtlich Preis, Verfügbarkeit und Qualität
• Regelmäßige Einkaufsreisen in die jeweiligen Zielgebiete
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Vermarktung
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Partnern und auf Branchenevents sowie Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie und Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Teamkultur

Dein Profil:

• Studium im Bereich Tourismus, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hoteleinkauf, Produktmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich der Reisebranche
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
• Analytisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamorientierung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint); Kenntnisse in Reservierungs- oder Veranstalter Software sind wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis mit der Fähigkeit, wirtschaftliche Ergebnisse bei gleichzeitigem Kundenfokus zu erzielen
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit agilen Methoden und digitalen, kundenorientieren Tools
• Reisebereitschaft sowie die Möglichkeit, hybrid oder remote zu arbeiten (gelegentliche Präsenz in Rastatt erforderlich)

l’tur GmbH in Rastatt is looking for a

Product Manager (m/f/d), full-time, starting immediately

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational hotel contracting as well as product management in defined target destinations

• Analysis of market and sales data to optimize performance

• Establishment and maintenance of partnerships with hotels, agencies, and purchasing organizations, including contract and terms negotiations

• Management of the hotel portfolio with regard to pricing, availability, and quality

• Regular business trips to the respective destinations

• Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure optimal marketing

• Representation of the company to partners and at industry events, as well as contributing to the further development of the product strategy and promoting a performance-driven team culture

Your Profile:

• Degree in tourism, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in hotel contracting, product management, or a related field in the travel industry

• Business-fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage

• Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and strong affinity for numbers

• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and team orientation in a dynamic environment

• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of reservation or tour operator software is desirable

• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to achieve economic results while maintaining customer focus

• Experience in project management as well as working with agile methods and digital, customer-oriented tools

• Willingness to travel and the ability to work hybrid or remotely (occasional on-site presence in Rastatt required)
